Therapy for Teens
Adolescence is a time of navigating identity, relationships, and our sense of who we are with each other. This can become especially difficult amid challenges like family conflict, anxiety, neurodivergence, identity questions, or pressure to fit into social worlds that don’t fully make sense to us.
I work with thoughtful, sensitive, creative, and hard-to-categorize adolescents. I’m especially attuned to teens who feel highly self-aware, emotionally overwhelmed, socially isolated, and unsure how to cope. They may be queer, intellectually gifted, neurodivergent, autistic, AuDHD, or twice-exceptional. Many of these are experiences I know from the inside.
My approach is relational, grounded, and collaborative. I aim to create a space where teens can explore who they are with honesty and agency.
