Gender & Identity

I work with people across the spectrum of gender experience, including transition, detransition, nonbinary and queer identities, and quiet experiences of gender dysphoria.

You don’t have to know the answer. Gender can shift, deepen, and reconfigure over time. My approach supports awareness, embodiment, and your own agency, without prescribing what your gender experience should mean.

Your gender can be a path into a deeper relationship with yourself. There’s space here for the parts of you that know who you are, as well as those that feel conflicted or ambivalent. They’re all part of the same wisdom.

  • You may be considering a gender transition, in the midst of one, or reflecting on a path you’ve already taken. Together we can hold clarity, relief, doubt, joy, urgency, grief, and change—without needing your experience to resolve into something simple.

There’s room here for your process to unfold.

  • You may not fully know what your gender experience means yet, or you may feel pulled in different directions. Therapy can be a place to explore identity, embodiment, and selfhood at your own pace, without pressure toward certainty or a fixed label.

Let’s follow what’s true for you.
